THE WOOD SHOP

At Master Framers, we mill and hand-carve our own mouldings, creating a truly custom frame for you.

With over 300 different profile knives (frame shapes) to choose from, or your own design/specifications, our custom frames are built and finished one at a time, measured to precisely fit your artwork.

CUSTOM FINISHING

The truly beautiful part of custom framing is choosing what your finish will be.  Come with your paint chips or favorite trends and have us produce a one-of-a-kind frame for your office or home.

Gold, silver, wood stains, paint colors, dye colors, hard-to-match antiques...these are all everyday challenges our artist staff work

with every day. Come in and benefit from truly custom frame options.

WATER GILDING

One of our specialties, gilding is the old world process of applying

microns-thin sheets of real gold to clay or gesso surfaces, producing a brilliant shine.

Your budget doesn't include real gold? We can finish in the same manner with metal leaf.
